These prices are here to see at any time. Buying happens on the billing page of your account once it is created, and we open subscriptions in batches; if they are closed, the billing page says so and nothing is charged.
*The real-face mode is not currently offered commercially. If a new provider that processes customer data is added, this policy is updated where necessary before it is used with customer data.
- Secure payment through Stripe — we do not store your card details.
- The subscription renews automatically according to the plan cycle until you stop renewal.
- You can stop renewal at any time. Your current subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- You can use your remaining plan entitlements during the paid period. Entitlements not used by the end of the cycle do not carry over to a new cycle.
- Stopping renewal does not refund the fees for the current cycle. If the Platform finally cannot provide a paid service, the service-failure policy set out in the Terms and Conditions applies.

Billing questions
Can I change my plan or cancel anytime?
Cancellation is available anytime in the secure Stripe customer portal from your billing page, and takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Plan changes are not self-service in the portal: stop renewal now — your current subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for — then subscribe to the plan you want.
4 videos “a month” — which month exactly?
Your subscription month: the cycle starts on the day you subscribe or renew, not on the 1st of the calendar month. You get your plan's full number of videos in every paid cycle and can use them whenever you like within it — there is no weekly cap. Once you start production, we prepare a new video card at each slot of the cadence you chose, until your cycle's number of videos is reached, and skip a slot while your previous scheduled card is still waiting for your answer; you can request a video at any time within the videos left in your cycle. Anything you do not use before the cycle ends does not carry over to the next one.
How do payments work?
Through Stripe — fully hosted, secure checkout pages. Your card details never touch our servers.
What happens if a renewal fails?
New video production pauses while your library and profile stay intact. Stripe retries automatically, your subscription is restored the moment payment succeeds, and its status shows on your dashboard.
